Rental Terms & Conditions

1. After making a reservation by telephone, the rental is held for 48 hours pending written confirmation.
2. The reservation becomes effective only after receipt of the signed contract, the deposit (1/3 of the total amount of the stay) and written confirmation sent by the manager. The deposit is deducted from the total amount of the stay. The payment of the balance of the stay and the deposit cheque must be made on arrival.
3. Everyone is required to respect the campsite rules.
4. The swimming pool is open from 9 am to 7 pm. It is for the exclusive use of campsite guests. Access to the pool is only allowed in swimming trunks (no shorts). Swimming is not supervised. Any child accessing the pool is the responsibility of their parents.
5. All visitors must report to reception on arrival and pay the daily fee.
6. Animals: are allowed, but a health record document is compulsory and vaccinations must be up to date. For rentals: the rate of €2.50 / day will be applied. All animals must be accompanied to the designated areas for their needs.
7. Rentals are available from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am. Late arrivals are possible, but we ask you to inform us of any delay (the reception office is open from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm).
8. Our mobile homes, campahuts and chalets are equipped for the number of people indicated for each type of accommodation. The number of persons must not exceed the number stated in the contract, except with the prior agreement of the campsite manager.
9. The rental is nominative and conforms to the name mentioned on the contract. Any subletting is forbidden.
10. The rental includes: crockery, fridge, gas, garden furniture and parasol. Pillows, sheets, blankets and tea towels are not included, except for the chalets where we provide pillows and blankets. It is the tenant’s responsibility to check the ensure their inventory.
11. The use of deep fryers (electric or not) is forbidden in the rentals.
12. All caravans are equipped with awning.
13. The rental price is all inclusive of camping fees, gas, electricity, and access to the swimming pool.
14. The tenant agrees to pay a deposit of €150 on arrival to cover any damage to the rented property, its equipment or furniture. On the day of departure, the Tenant will make his own inventory. The verification of this inventory and the inventory of fixtures will be done by the cleaning lady and the campsite manager after departure and before the arrival of the new tenants. The deposit will be returned to the tenant by post within a maximum of 15 days. Any discrepancy between the inventory and the actual state must be communicated within a maximum of 24 hours – otherwise it will not be accepted.
15. The cleaning of the chalet, mobile home or campahut is the responsibility of the tenant. At the end of the stay, the rentals must be returned in a perfectly clean condition. If this is not the case, a sum of €60 will be automatically deducted from the deposit.
